Teams at Second Baptist School

Provide leadership and oversight for fine arts programming across campuses, align curriculum with Christian classical philosophy, recruit and coach faculty, coordinate performances and events, manage budgets and resources, build family and community partnerships, and contribute to strategic arts planning.

Provide a safe, loving, and age-appropriate Christian environment for nursery children; build relationships with parents; follow check-in/check-out, cleanliness, and safety procedures; complete required trainings/certifications.

Provide one-on-one or small-group academic tutoring to support students' critical thinking and learning, aligned with the school's Christian mission and values.
