Owns Seccl Ireland’s statutory and management accounts, board reporting, audit, regulatory returns, capital, liquidity, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. The role serves as the accountable finance contact for the Central Bank of Ireland, supports authorisation, builds the finance function, and provides commercially focused insight to the Ireland leadership team. It requires hands-on financial management, regulatory expertise, board-level communication, and professional accounting credentials.

Own the Tax and Recs product area for European expansion, including cash and asset reconciliations, tax reporting, tax engine development, regulatory requirements, and country-specific localization. Define and prioritize the squad roadmap, translate compliance needs into product requirements, collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer, and Engineering teams, and use quantitative and qualitative data to improve reliability and scalability.
