Lead and develop a product engineering squad, balancing people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical guidance. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, planning, delivery health, production readiness, system reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to align priorities, guide technical decisions, improve delivery predictability, and support responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.

Supports daily payments operations across investment products, including business reporting, cash-process investigation and resolution, workflow improvement, query handling, cross-functional collaboration, and team training. The role owns operational issues end to end, ensures regulatory and customer SLAs are met, contributes to scalability initiatives, and supports other Operations functions as needed.

Lead the launch and growth of Seccl’s regulated Irish investment operations and dealing function. Own PCF-29 and PCF-42 responsibilities, operational controls, payments, trading, settlement, reconciliations, asset servicing, cash management and outsourced operations. Support regulatory authorization and Central Bank of Ireland relationships while evolving dealing capabilities across new instruments, venues and automated trading. Lead operational readiness for products and customer launches and build relationships with customers, fund managers, partners and internal teams.
