Coordinates a grant-funded behavioral health workforce education project, including timelines, trainee data collection, partner communications, grant deliverables, progress and financial reporting, continuing education activities, and trainee or stakeholder payments. The role collaborates with university faculty, staff, community partners, trainees, and sponsored research personnel while ensuring grant compliance and accurate documentation.

Supports career coaching and student services while coordinating career programs, workshops, events, communications, and outreach. Provides resume, interviewing, networking, internship, and job-search assistance; maintains student engagement records and digital resources; supports career technologies, including Handshake and AI-enabled tools; and collaborates across Career Education, Employer Engagement, campus partners, and university communications.

Provides holistic academic advising to undergraduate students through educational planning, course selection, registration, degree progress reviews, and support referrals. Manages a student caseload, responds to inquiries, records advising interactions in CRM systems, and tracks student progress. Collaborates with academic departments, faculty, and campus offices on policies, resources, events, and student success initiatives. Participates in professional development, team activities, and advising center operations.
