Leads technical operations for a sports venue video control room, overseeing setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, signal quality, camera shading, live-game execution, equipment inventory, crew direction, reporting, and system upgrades. The role requires rapid decision-making during high-pressure broadcasts, collaboration with production and venue teams, and management of technical event staff.

Supports day-to-day information security operations, including alert and ticket triage, suspicious activity investigation, vulnerability validation and remediation tracking.
