Lead and grow Seattle Prep's three-season rowing program: hire and manage coaching staff, develop training and competition schedules, steward budget and partnerships, ensure compliance with US Rowing and Safe Sport, recruit athletes, and represent the program at events while prioritizing academics and student well-being.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support to the Dean of Students, manage daily student attendance and records, process communications with students and parents, maintain confidential health and attendance files, handle deliveries and school office logistics, assist during evacuations, and perform other office duties as assigned.
