Provide administrative support to the Dean's office and division leads: scheduling, event logistics, records and syllabus management, supply and financial processing, supervise student workers, liaise with facilities, and assist with hiring and website/catalog updates to support academic operations in the College of Humanities, Education and the Arts.

Full-time, non-tenure-track faculty to teach undergraduate psychology courses (including Methods/Statistics and specialty courses), advise and mentor students, contribute department/university service, pursue teaching-focused scholarship, and cultivate an inclusive, faith-aligned classroom. Ph.D. (ABD considered) and demonstrated undergraduate teaching, a research plan, and commitment to Christian mission required.

Teach masters and doctoral courses, supervise and mentor doctoral research and clinical training, maintain an active research program, provide statistical mentoring for dissertations, pursue funding, and perform departmental and university service.
