Teams at Seattle Foundation

Leads a multi-million-dollar community investment portfolio, managing program strategy, budgets, timelines, grants, partnerships, outcomes, and compliance. Builds trusted relationships with grassroots organizations, civic leaders, funders, and government partners; facilitates advisory groups and collaborative decisions; develops narrative storytelling and democracy strategies; and represents the Foundation at community events. Supports research, communications, systems-change initiatives, and cross-team projects while advancing racial equity and community-led approaches.

Develops donor and professional-advisor relationships to grow Donor Advised Funds, endowments, charitable trusts, and estate gifts. Manages the complete philanthropic pipeline from inquiry through fund establishment, stewards bequest donors, generates referrals, leads educational events, and represents the Foundation in the community. Prepares gift documentation, maintains CRM records, communicates charitable planning strategies, and stays current on tax, financial, estate-planning, and philanthropic trends.
