Underwrite prospective commercial loans, prepare credit memorandums, analyze borrower financials and collateral, complete construction draws, and monitor loan covenants and annual reviews. The role supports commercial loan portfolio management, policy refinement, regulatory compliance, reporting, and collaboration with loan officers and credit administration. It also mentors junior analysts and contributes to process improvements.

Manages residential mortgage loan closing and funding activities, including Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, wire instructions, compliance reviews, document accuracy, fund disbursement, pipeline reconciliation, and post-closing documentation. Collaborates with borrowers, underwriters, processors, title companies, escrow agents, investors, and internal teams while resolving discrepancies and improving funding processes. Ensures adherence to TRID, RESPA, TILA, AML, investor guidelines, and applicable regulations.
