Manages sales operations from quote preparation through booking, including pricing, CRM administration, workflow automation, inbound RFQ qualification, purchase order routing, and pricing-cost development. Coordinates business development, customer, and engineering teams to meet deadlines, maintain pipeline data, and improve scalable quoting processes.

Designs and owns manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, process controls, and documentation in an MES. Analyzes production data, leads root-cause and corrective actions, and manages process transitions from prototype through NPI and full-rate production for unmanned maritime vessels.

Design and scale backend services for real-time and historical vehicle telemetry, fleet management APIs, customer integrations, and high-volume time-series and geospatial data. Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and cloud efficiency while handling intermittent connectivity and distributed-system challenges. Collaborate with vehicle software and UI teams, guide backend architecture, lead projects, and mentor engineers.
