Lead mechanical design and production for unmanned surface vessels: create and review CAD models, design fixtures and assemblies, manage BOMs and suppliers, mentor junior engineers, test and validate components, and improve manufacturing processes for maritime systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for autonomous ocean vehicle software; act as customer point of contact; produce integration guides and documentation; debug real-world deployments; assist with payload and feature integrations; collaborate with engineering to reproduce and fix issues; develop and maintain customer-facing Python utilities and tools.

Lead design and implementation of real-time perception algorithms (detection, tracking, sensor fusion) for embedded maritime vehicles. Integrate ML and classical methods, optimize for embedded/GPU hardware, build tests and simulations, select and evaluate sensors, mentor engineers, and field-test algorithms on USVs.
