Recruiter responsible for reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, improving screening processes, partnering with hiring managers and external recruiters, managing candidate communications, and tracking hiring progress across engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.

Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting the design, fabrication, assembly, documentation, sourcing, and testing of autonomous surface vehicle hardware. Responsibilities include creating SolidWorks parts and assemblies, maintaining drawings and BOMs, developing fixtures and tooling, inspecting components, supporting testing, and collaborating on electromechanical systems. This is a full-time, in-person internship in San Diego from approximately January through May 2027.

Manages sales operations from quote preparation through booking, including pricing, CRM administration, workflow automation, inbound RFQ qualification, purchase order routing, and pricing-cost development. Coordinates business development, customer, and engineering teams to meet deadlines, maintain pipeline data, and improve scalable quoting processes.
