Serve as the CEO’s operational partner, owning board and shareholder reporting, leadership meeting accountability, KPI and pipeline dashboards, CEO meeting preparation, communications, and cross-functional special projects. The role converts strategic priorities into execution, improves processes, supports scaling initiatives, and coordinates effectively across European and US teams. French and English fluency, strong data and organizational skills, and experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or a Chief of Staff role are required.

Own the WHY and WHAT of Searoutes' product: run customer discovery, shape Shape Up pitches, develop business cases, translate problems into requirements, prioritize opportunities, and support go-to-market. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, customer success, marketing, and leadership to align customer needs with product delivery.
