Lead the development of a partner ecosystem for Searchable, targeting agencies and brands. Responsibilities include deal structuring, partner activation, and revenue tracking, with a focus on developing a new partnership program from scratch.

Lead and build the company's operations from scratch: design OKRs, dashboards, HR/payroll/legal/compliance systems, create agentic workflows, remove cross-functional bottlenecks, and run special projects including launches and international expansion.

As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales cycle targeting agencies, drive AI search visibility, and collaborate with teams to refine agency offerings.
