Welcomes and entertains Enchant Christmas guests while performing in character as an elf. Provides wayfinding, answers questions, distributes giveaways, supports games and sponsor activations, and assists with ticket scanning, guest services, skating, and other event operations. Maintains cleanliness, safety, signage, props, and zone presentation while communicating with supervisors and teammates. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, reliable attendance, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Leads brand marketing and programming strategy for the Seaport neighborhood, driving awareness, visitation, revenue, community engagement, events, social media, PR, paid media, influencer partnerships, and tenant initiatives. Manages agencies, budgets, reporting, content strategy, stakeholder relationships, and annual marketing planning. Requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, analytics, project management, and flexibility for non-standard event hours.

Serve as the on-site games concierge at Lawn Club: greet and usher guests, set up and maintain lawn-game equipment, teach rules and scoring, keep enthusiasm high, coordinate with F&B staff, ensure guest safety and cleanliness, and perform other operational duties. Must deliver consistent, world-class hospitality during flexible shifts.
