Provide 2nd-level support and operations for business applications: gather requirements, create specifications and process maps, manage test environments, design integrations/APIs, champion data quality, build reports/dashboards, onboard vessels, document support procedures, mentor junior IT staff, and coordinate deployments and automation/low-code solutions.

Support FA&A by maintaining and analyzing long-term forecasts and cash flows, preparing board and stakeholder presentations, performing scenario and ad hoc analyses (including occasional treasury work), and developing data visualizations to communicate financial insights and support decision-making.

Process accounts payable invoices for vessels, shore-based overhead, voyage accounting, projects, and expense reports. Resolve AP issues, handle internal/external inquiries, meet key service metrics (turnaround time and quality), support audits, escalate complex issues, and perform tasks assigned by the AP Team Leader.
