Sales Development Representatives will manage a pipeline, engage prospects, set meetings for Account Executives, and improve skills in a remote setting.

Lead organic growth and AI visibility strategies, optimizing site structure, schema, and content for search engines and generative AI. Conduct semantic keyword research, manage technical SEO (crawlability, page speed, mobile-first), collaborate with product marketing and content teams, and track organic performance using analytics and AI tracking tools.

Own and optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs and automation to drive activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. Build nurture sequences, onboarding flows, segmentation, lead scoring, triggers, and reporting; collaborate with Product, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to improve handoffs and conversion.

Own and operate the martech stack and marketing data pipeline: standardize naming/taxonomies, ensure data hygiene, manage lead scoring/routing, administer CRM/MAP/CDP integrations, enforce compliance, build playbooks, and partner with Sales Ops and Data Engineering to keep marketing data trustworthy and audit-ready.

The Corporate Counsel will manage legal operations, drive privacy compliance, negotiate contracts, guide HR on employment law, and support corporate governance.
