Owns the end-to-end design and implementation of dense, complex interfaces for regulatory reviewers. Responsibilities include interaction design, typography, layout, motion, design systems, React development, state and data integration, production delivery, and observing users to improve workflows. The role requires designing for expert users, AI-assisted review and correction, and high-volume regulatory information while maintaining strong product judgment, engineering quality, and speed.

Owns high-priority, cross-functional initiatives alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff. Responsibilities may include fundraising materials and financial analysis, legal and regulatory research, market-entry work, interim ownership of functions, customer data cleanup, executive communications, and operational problem-solving. The role requires exceptional organization, structured thinking, attention to detail, strong written communication, proficiency with Excel and presentations, rapid execution, and the ability to independently close workstreams in a demanding in-person startup environment.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with customers to design and build end-to-end workflows, integrating AI features and deploying systems from day one.

The role involves designing end-to-end user workflows, integrating AI features, and building production-grade systems in a fast-paced environment.

Lead end-to-end enterprise pilot deployments: map customer workflows, configure the product, drive adoption, translate field learnings into product requirements, and define and scale the deployment function.

The Applied AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered AI features, improving workflows while engaging directly with customers to debug and enhance the system.
