Provides onsite operational and systems engineering support for customer environments. Responsibilities include real-time incident response, diagnostics, Tier 3 troubleshooting, configuration validation, system and network support, documentation, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities across physical and virtualized infrastructure. The role requires Windows and Linux expertise, network troubleshooting, customer communication, U.S. citizenship, onsite work in Annapolis Junction, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Receives, inspects, organizes, and tracks materials and inventory for production programs. Maintains inventory records, barcodes government-furnished equipment, performs cycle counts, prepares and coordinates shipments, and assists with loading and unloading. Identifies faulty parts for return, supports warehouse operations, and drives a company van for local deliveries and pickups. The role is onsite and requires careful recordkeeping, computer proficiency, teamwork, U.S. citizenship, and a valid driver’s license.

Owns end-to-end UI/UX design for a unified software suite, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity Figma designs, reusable component libraries, design documentation, and developer handoff. Partners with product and engineering, maintains React UI components, conducts usability testing and competitive analysis, reviews implementation fidelity, and mentors team members. The role sets design direction and improves complex, mission-critical applications for technical users.
