The role supports digital circuits, processors, FPGAs, power supplies, and mission-critical hardware from component through system level.

Leads business development strategy, sales growth, customer relationships, capture activities, market analysis, and proposal pursuits for aerospace and space-industry customers. Manages and develops the Business Development team, collaborates with executives and engineering, shapes product and market strategy, and represents the company with government, defense, and commercial space clients. Requires extensive technical business development experience, strong industry relationships, and significant travel.
