Process accurate domestic and international payroll, sales commissions, payroll records, tax requirements, deductions, benefits, PTO, 401(k) contributions, and employee changes. Analyze and reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, answer employee and manager questions, and prepare reports supporting close, audits, and compliance. The role also identifies opportunities to improve payroll processes, reporting, and automation.

Designs fixtures, tooling, and workholding; creates and maintains CNC programs; documents standard work; improves layouts, material flow, and manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies. Provides shop-floor troubleshooting and MES support, participates in design-for-manufacturing reviews, analyzes production and warranty data, and tracks cycle times and OEE. Requires a mechanical engineering degree, hands-on manufacturing experience, CAD/CAM proficiency, GD&T knowledge, and familiarity with CNC machines and controls.

The Senior Mechanical Development Engineer designs innovative products, leads system development, mentors a multi-disciplined team, and improves existing products through engineering calculations and CAD modeling.
