Provide onsite and remote IT support across multiple locations, managing laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, access, onboarding, offboarding, endpoint environments, service management workflows, meeting-room technology, and hardware assets. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, and workplace technology issues. Partner with infrastructure, security, and business systems teams, improve processes through root-cause analysis, and support office, warehouse, and manufacturing operations.

The Senior Mechanical Development Engineer designs innovative products, leads system development, mentors a multi-disciplined team, and improves existing products through engineering calculations and CAD modeling.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce prototype parts; interpret blueprints and GD&T; measure, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; collaborate with product engineers; follow QA and safety procedures; perform preventative maintenance and tooling changes.
