The Senior Mechanical Development Engineer designs innovative products, leads system development, mentors a multi-disciplined team, and improves existing products through engineering calculations and CAD modeling.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce prototype parts; interpret blueprints and GD&T; measure, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; collaborate with product engineers; follow QA and safety procedures; perform preventative maintenance and tooling changes.

Lead integration and design of custom embedded hardware and power electronics for vessel stability systems. Define system requirements, gather and formalize requirements, drive cross-discipline engineering consensus, create specifications and test plans, validate electrical designs with test equipment, support product certification, and mentor junior engineers.
