Teams at SeAH Superalloy Technologies

Oversee metallurgical processes for aerospace-grade nickel-based superalloys, including VIM, investment casting, alloy chemistry, process optimization, and production troubleshooting. Interpret aerospace and industry specifications while ensuring AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP compliance. Lead metallurgical testing, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and manufacturing documentation. Support casting simulation, quality control, and supplier or aerospace OEM interactions.

Provides first-line IT support across office and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include configuring laptops and peripherals, troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, resolving account and connectivity issues, supporting SQL Server queries and reporting, documenting procedures, escalating complex issues, and improving IT processes. The role requires direct end-user support, occasional manufacturing-floor work, adherence to safety requirements, and flexibility during production or business-critical periods.
