Build and manage customer relationships, assess financial needs, recommend and sell banking products, process accounts and transactions, maintain cash accuracy, follow AML/BSA and branch controls, enroll customers in self-service technology, generate referrals, support lending and deposit products, and participate in community and networking events.

Processes mortgage escrow and insurance setup, analysis, maintenance, and disbursements. Pays lender-escrowed taxes, insurance, PMI, and related items on time; evaluates loans and performs annual escrow analyses. Provides customer service and guidance, documents procedures, researches issues, and supports quality control. Ensures compliance with RESPA, CFPB, AML/BSA, investor guidelines, and applicable laws, while following audit, risk, security, and business continuity procedures.

Investigates and resolves bank fraud, identity theft, counterfeit, chargeback, and account loss cases. Reviews fraud alerts, digital deposits, ATM activity, and Chex Systems reports; coordinates with branches, management, law enforcement, and the U.S. Secret Service. Maintains investigation files, prepares recovery reports, supports compliance and loss-prevention procedures, administers building access rights, and assists with security incidents, legal actions, staff training, and customer fraud concerns.
