Provide telephone, email, and virtual 'white glove' support for Treasury Management products; troubleshoot and research client issues, escalate when needed, process service requests, support operations tasks, participate in projects/upgrades, and coordinate with sales and implementation teams.

Lead and execute month-end close, prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations, apply U.S. GAAP, maintain general ledger integrity, support audits, improve controls and processes, and mentor accounting staff.

Lead and centralize ACH operations across Deposit Operations and Treasury Management, ensure regulatory compliance (NACHA), monitor reconciliations, drive continuous improvement, manage escalations, lead a payments operations team, support emerging payment rails (RTP, FedNow, stablecoin), and partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Accounting on controls, audits, and reporting.
