The Client Advisor builds relationships with customers, matches needs to banking products, processes account transactions, and ensures compliance with banking regulations. Responsibilities include improving customer interactions, maintaining records, and participating in community events.

Manage and process daily ACH operations including disputes, DNEs, reclamations, stop payments, Fed adjustments, balancing and rejects. Support retail branches, ensure Reg E compliance, prepare ACH reports and dashboards, update procedures, assist with testing and conversions, and collaborate across teams.

Lead the bank's treasury operations including ALM, capital and liquidity management, funding and investments, risk management, regulatory reporting, FTP, derivatives strategy, treasury systems, model validation, and team leadership to support strategic financial planning and bank resilience.
