Build and manage customer relationships, identify financial needs, recommend and sell banking products, process accounts and transactions, maintain cash accuracy, and follow AML/BSA, audit, security, and operational controls. The role also involves customer education, outbound calling, referrals, community networking, technology enrollment, and developing consumer and small-business banking product knowledge.

Prepares financial reports, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, commission reports, budgets, collections reports, and participation reports. Enters approved transactions into accounting and factoring systems, supports accounts payable and operations reporting, and assists with annual compliance requests and audits. Requires strong Excel skills, adaptability to industry-specific software, and substantial accounting experience in financial or commercial services.

Mentor and coach frontline advisors, manage escalations, support quality goals, and ensure compliance with banking, AML/BSA, audit, and security requirements. Travel to local branches as needed.
