Manage commercial credit underwriting and portfolio oversight for the region. Lead and develop Commercial Underwriters and Credit Analysts, ensure consistent application of loan policies, monitor portfolio risk, support business continuity, and act as liaison with senior management to promote asset quality and revenue growth.

Administer and optimize the Prologue Financials system (GL, AP, AR), manage user access and configurations, support month-end/year-end close, perform data validation and reconciliations, develop financial reports and extracts, assist with integrations and migrations, and document processes for a short-term project engagement.

Prepare and issue initial mortgage disclosure packages (Loan Estimates), manage timely re-disclosures for Changes in Circumstance, ensure regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, etc.), maintain LOS records, identify compliance issues, support audits and process improvements, and communicate with management and compliance partners.
