Processes the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice matching, vendor payments, vendor master maintenance, 1099 reporting, reconciliations, month-end close support, audit documentation, and internal control compliance. The role also resolves discrepancies, maintains ERP records, supports financial reporting, and contributes to process improvements and system implementations.

Accounting Intern supporting journal entries, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, reporting schedules, SEC filing research, data analysis, and accounts payable and payroll processes. The role provides supervised training with accounting systems and collaboration with corporate departments and external auditors. Candidates should be pursuing an accounting degree, understand introductory accounting principles, and be available at least 20 hours weekly during academic semesters.

Support corporate accounting automation and ERP initiatives by developing, testing, monitoring, and documenting automations and workflows. Collaborate with divisions, assist with SharePoint/Viva Engage, perform basic troubleshooting, learn configuration management, and perform business analysis of manual-to-robot processes while expanding accounting and systems knowledge.

Lead a centralized global data function and small technical team to translate business strategy into data priorities. Own intake, prioritization, delivery, and a global Data Champion program. Define governance, maintain data standards and catalogs, ensure AI readiness, evaluate tooling, and report on data health and business impact to senior leadership.

Lead SOTG's global information security program: develop strategy and governance; oversee network, endpoint, cloud, identity, application, and data security; advise executive leadership; manage ERP and AI security, incident response, BCDR, vendor and third-party risk; build and mentor the security team; deliver executive reporting and ensure regulatory compliance across frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, briefing materials, expense and vendor management, stakeholder liaison, and confidential document handling to ensure executive priorities are executed efficiently.

Lead strategic capital project sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to drive CAPEX sourcing, digital procurement improvements, value creation, cost savings, supplier innovation, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven analytics.
