Support engineering projects to improve welding, rigging, painting, and assembly processes. Lead manufacturing improvements, support new model launches, maintain documentation (BOMs, routings, ECNs), troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Design, and Supply Chain to meet ABYC/USCG standards and improve safety, quality, and throughput.

Create and maintain 2D/3D CAD drawings and documentation for aluminum boat hulls, structures, and components. Convert concepts into manufacturing-ready drawings, support prototyping, collaborate with production to resolve fabrication issues, maintain revision control, ensure drawings meet tolerances and safety/regulatory requirements, and support hazardous waste management compliance.

Plan and coordinate manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient boat production and timely deliveries. Manage WIP, assign serial numbers, prepare and submit invoices and MSOs, reconcile dealer paperwork, update freight agreements, create delivery schedules, communicate with dealers/finance/transport, scan and maintain production documentation, and generate monthly statistical reports.
