As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll design mechanical integrations for UAV systems, manage hardware requirements, prototype and test mechanisms, and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality and performance in autonomous systems.

Lead European government capture and delivery for autonomous systems: manage bid/no-bid decisions, capture, proposal development, commercial strategy, contract negotiation, and partner relationships to win defence programmes.

Lead capture and delivery of European defence programmes: identify opportunities, develop commercial bid strategies, write and coordinate technical/commercial proposals, manage pipeline and reporting, build relationships with military and prime contractors, and set pricing and competitive positioning.
