Teams at SE3 Labs

Build and deploy Python- and LLM-powered AI solutions for defense customers. Own projects from requirements through implementation, testing, demonstrations, and deployment. Work directly with German-speaking clients, integrate software into existing systems, troubleshoot solutions during field exercises, and develop trusted customer relationships. The role combines hands-on software engineering, applied AI, technical consulting, customer delivery, and regular travel to customer sites across Germany.

Design and develop responsive, high-performance interfaces for autonomous systems across devices and screen sizes. Build modular front-end architecture, reusable components, UX/UI workflows, and integrated 3D visualizations. Optimize performance for resource-constrained hardware and create clear operational interfaces for military users. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to evolve the product and translate user needs into practical software solutions.

The Operations Associate will manage administrative workflows, coordinate logistics, support R&D reporting, and lead merchandise initiatives while aiding leadership in daily operations.
