Lead hands-on development of visual localization systems for autonomous UAVs, including VIO, SLAM, sensor fusion, mapping, calibration, relocalization, and real-time deployment. Solve robustness issues across challenging environments and constrained hardware, build evaluation and replay tooling, validate systems through flight testing, and provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentorship.

Own end-to-end delivery for European defence R&D projects: plan milestones, manage dependencies, drive decisions, represent SE3 with customers/partners, and establish repeatable governance to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

As a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, you'll manage sourcing, procurement, material planning, and supplier performance for UAV systems, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
