Own the commercial construction opportunity lifecycle from market engagement through contract award. Build regional pipelines, qualify pursuits, develop win strategies, coordinate estimating and operations, evaluate profitability and risk, maintain CRM data, forecast performance, and cultivate executive-level relationships with owners, developers, agencies, and design partners across New Mexico and the Southwest.

Lead preconstruction and estimating for commercial design-build projects across New Mexico. Perform conceptual estimating, cost modeling, value engineering, plan/spec reviews, quantity takeoffs, and subcontractor bid analysis. Collaborate with BD, operations, architects, and engineers; manage subcontractor relationships; use estimating software and mentor estimating staff to develop GMPs and ensure accurate, competitive budgets.

Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver safe, on-schedule, quality work. Oversee teams, manage budgets and schedules, enforce safety and quality, use project management tools, and drive continuous improvement and closeout processes.

Support Construction Managers from project initiation to closeout by ensuring compliance with material specs, subcontractor scope, submittals, and schedule. Prepare field managers, maintain vendor relationships, manage documentation, quality control, safety planning, and assist with budget and schedule reviews.
