The role requires NetSuite transaction and reporting experience, strong Excel skills, independent problem-solving, and process documentation. Preferred experience includes ASC 606 revenue recognition, NetSuite ARM, multi-entity or multi-currency accounting, and SaaS or startup environments.

Own HR operations across the employee lifecycle for a global, blended workforce of employees, EOR workers, and contractors. Responsibilities include payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, policy management, HR systems administration, reporting, PEO relationship management, and partnership with Finance on headcount, compensation, and budgeting. The role requires hands-on tactical HR expertise and strategic judgment in a growing organization.

Drive new business and revenue with local government agencies by developing relationships, managing complex procurement and long sales cycles, closing new deals, and upselling/cross-selling SaaS permitting and municipal technology solutions. Coordinate with customer success, sales, and marketing to optimize adoption and retention.
