Lead ERP integration projects for customers: configure, test, deploy and support integrations (NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, Dynamics BC) with Tipalti. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams, provide end-user training, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve internal processes and documentation using Slack, JIRA, and Confluence.

Contract UI/UX/Product Designer to work with Product Team Lead and PMs to design screens, user flows, and components inside Cyrebro's Figma environment. Maintain design system, create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer-ready assets (including edge cases and permission states). Participate in product meetings, rapid design reviews, and handoffs to R&D, iterating on B2B SaaS UX for enterprise workflows and dashboards.
