Lead and grow the Workforce Capability team, deliver complex transformation programs across skills, employment and training; build stakeholder relationships; drive business development, strategic direction, resource planning, and capability uplift in change and workforce initiatives.

Lead technical accounting advisory engagements for public sector and for-purpose clients, advising on AASB application, major infrastructure transactions, climate reporting, financial statement preparation, and finance optimisation. Manage multi-disciplinary teams, deliver position papers and models, present findings to senior stakeholders, and coach junior staff while supporting business development and capability-building.

Deliver transport demand modelling, forecasting and data analytics to support infrastructure, policy and planning projects. Develop and refine transport models, perform data visualisation, prepare reports and presentations, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders across multiple projects.
