Manage day-to-day HR operations and recruitment coordination. Maintain BambooHR data integrity, lead onboarding/offboarding, draft HR documentation, support transactional ER matters, source candidates, and embed AI and automated workflows to improve HR efficiency and compliance.

Design and build high-performance, modular connectors and systems for third-party APIs and carrier networks. Architect scalable distributed systems, apply AI-assisted workflows, maintain test coverage, and follow Lean/Agile practices to continuously improve the platform.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate and qualify meetings for the sales team. Research target accounts, log activities in Salesforce, run high-volume multi-channel outreach, handle objections consultatively, and develop AI-assisted workflows to automate tasks and improve productivity and reporting.
