Build, test and deploy custom Workday Extend applications using App Builder and Extend Studio; integrate with Workday web services, EIB/Core Connectors, and Business Process Framework; perform testing, debugging, documentation, tenant migrations, release management and handover to BAU while adhering to Extend standards and security models.

Build, test and deploy custom Workday Extend applications from specification to handover. Implement App Builder/PMD pages, tasks, cards and orchestrations; integrate with Workday web services, EIB/Core Connectors and external endpoints; configure security and OAuth; perform unit, integration, UAT and accessibility testing; maintain documentation, runbooks and release/migration activities; troubleshoot performance and defects and follow programme standards.

Lead technical design and delivery across cloud and data-centre work packages. Drive coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and accessibility. Mentor developers, produce architecture/TDA documentation, and ensure secure, maintainable implementations aligned with client standards.
