Shape the architecture of shared components supporting app-based journeys and digital credentials. Guide engineering teams through technical design governance, advise on DevOps tooling, and work across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Produce high- and low-level designs, architecture decision records, and technology definitions while operating within enterprise architecture constraints. Collaborate across government departments and organizations, communicate technical trade-offs, and deliver scalable digital services.

Support delivery teams by maintaining project trackers, risk and issue registers, financial and contract reporting, scheduling meetings, producing dashboards, analyzing data for trends/risks, and driving onboarding and governance tasks to keep public sector projects on track.

Leads user research programs across complex UK public-sector digital services throughout Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases. The role defines research strategies, applies qualitative and quantitative methods, ensures ethical and inclusive practice, analyzes findings, influences senior stakeholders, supports service assessments, mentors researchers, and contributes to consulting proposals and communities of practice.
