Maintain the design system, craft data-dense dashboards and marketing pages, produce specs/prototypes for Tailwind implementation, and ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA). Work independently with the founder and engineering to ship fast.

Own and execute paid acquisition end-to-end: build and optimize paid social campaigns, develop and test creative, iterate landing pages for conversion, measure funnel performance to drive subscription unit economics, and run structured experiments to scale channels.

Own the support inbox for self-published authors, guide onboarding to first wins, maintain help docs and tutorials, handle billing/account questions, identify recurring friction and deliver prioritized product feedback, and build lightweight support processes to scale quality.

Lead and own the full marketing function for a subscription SaaS aimed at self-published authors: set strategy, sharpen positioning, run paid and organic channels, define metrics, execute launches, write high-quality copy, and hire and manage a small marketing team.
