Lead the strategic development, implementation, and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Translate organisational needs into system improvements, dashboards, reports, workflows, and data insights. Manage data quality, compliance, user adoption, training, supplier relationships, integrations, and technical support. Provide analysis supporting fundraising, finance, volunteering, digital, and ministry decision-making across the organisation.

Lead and resource national prayer initiatives and church partnerships for children and young people in Scotland. Plan events and produce resources, support and mobilise SU Scotland Ambassadors, develop church strategy with colleagues, maintain international SU links, and engage in ministry partner development.

Manage and develop SU Scotland's training provision: assess needs, design courses, build a learning hub, implement e-learning and evaluation tools, and deliver classroom and virtual training for staff and volunteers aligned to strategy.
