Provides remote installation, configuration, upgrade, testing, and troubleshooting support for pharmacy automation and software systems. Coordinates with onsite technicians and internal teams, reviews project readiness, follows implementation procedures, communicates project status, and supports system testing and issue resolution. The role requires technical proficiency with virtualized environments, Windows, networking, data transfer, SQL, and business applications, plus flexible night and weekend availability.

Designs, implements, supports, and improves enterprise integrations, middleware, APIs, automation, data exchanges, reporting platforms, and system connectivity. Troubleshoots complex production issues, develops documentation, improves monitoring and operational reliability, and partners with business, technical, security, analytics, and vendor teams. The role also supports UKG Ready integrations, AI and automation initiatives, governance, technical standards, modernization efforts, and mentorship.

Develop and test Windows configurations, applications, and systems procedures for pharmacy automation products. Configure test systems, support hardware, conduct automated testing and security scans, troubleshoot Windows clients and servers, and write technical documentation. The role collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer support teams in an Agile environment. This is a hybrid position requiring weekly on-campus work in Mission, Kansas, with occasional physical equipment handling and extended computer use.
