Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable platform and infrastructure systems across multiple services. Own features end to end, improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, automate manual processes, and enhance reliability, testing, code quality, observability, and developer workflows. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams while contributing to system architecture, technical discussions, mentoring, and responsible use of AI tools.

Provides clinical expertise, customer support, product demonstrations, training, onboarding, and certification for Transpara Breast AI across the USA and Canada. Supports research initiatives, clinical adoption, customer engagement, NPS tracking, workshops, webinars, educational content, case curation, and customer feedback resolution. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management teams. Requires medical imaging experience, preferably in mammography or breast imaging AI, strong communication and training skills, and approximately 20% travel.

The AI Research Engineer will design and implement AI models for clinical applications, collaborate with clinical scientists, mentor research scientists, and analyze model performance in breast cancer care.
