Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, fulfillment, international shipments, material handling, and shipment documentation. Lead, train, and assign work to logistics and warehouse teams while ensuring safety, quality, timely fulfillment, and operational accuracy. Coordinate carriers, resolve discrepancies, maintain records, support audits, and identify process improvements. The role is fully on-site in Austin, Texas, and includes regular warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead embedded systems architecture, hardware and firmware design, wireless and motor integration, and validation for a proprietary controls and IoT platform. Drive products from concept through production, manage suppliers and partners, and support manufacturing, field diagnostics, and integrations with third-party automation ecosystems.

Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely production supply and order fulfillment. Manage carrier/broker communications, support container devanning and material handling, improve processes to reduce costs and lead times, and maintain accurate logistics documentation and reporting.
