Maintain accurate operational and compliance records, prepare reports, support inventory and scale transactions, and assist plant leadership with special projects.

The HR Business Partner advises managers and employees on workforce planning, recruitment, performance, talent, engagement, employee relations, labor relations, organizational change, compliance, and HR operations. The role oversees payroll inputs and issue resolution, supports Workday processes, ensures labor-law compliance, contributes to HR projects, and escalates complex or high-risk matters. It requires broad HR generalist experience, employee-relations expertise, and knowledge of local labor law.
