The Process Engineer leads greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through commissioning and operational ramp-up. Responsibilities include mineral process development, process simulations, flowsheet creation, trials, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, technical audits, production and quality data analysis, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, sustainability, safety, procurement, suppliers, contractors, and external engineering partners to deliver safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Lead customer-facing technical support for ceramic products: investigate and resolve complaints, perform RCA and RCCA, monitor product quality, run plant visits and trials, define corrective actions, collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&I, and support specification development and continuous improvement.

Lead and continuously improve quarry and processing site operations, production and maintenance. Ensure HSE, quality, output, planning and cost targets. Develop the site, drive change, maintain positive labour relations, and manage teams. Interface with stakeholders and ensure regulatory/work authorization compliance.
