Two-year graduate rotational role focused on automating logistics and production control: analyze processes, select technologies, develop/test weighing, access control and DDT systems, deploy MES for monitoring and traceability, and train staff.

Support development and execution of global digital communications strategy: manage corporate website and social media, create and optimize content (SEO/UX), measure analytics, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Serve as the cluster Business Services lead for HR and Finance matters: financial controlling support, talent sourcing, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, time & attendance, employee and union relations, and maintaining HR policies and country-level HR processes.
