Provide administrative support for production operations: manage documentation, production schedules and reporting, maintain inventory and records, coordinate between production, maintenance and logistics, ensure procedural compliance, and support continuous improvement activities.

Lead cluster finance activities including full-scope accounting (GL/AR/AP), period-end closing and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX justification and post-review, tax reconciliation, audit/compliance, internal controls, legal/secretarial support, and people management.

Manage end-to-end payroll for country entities, ensure compliance with laws, calculate gross-to-net and deductions, handle payroll journal entries and bank reconciliations, produce analytical reports, advise management, communicate salary/deduction details, and support payroll system selection and integration.
