Lead customer-facing technical support for ceramic products: investigate and resolve complaints, perform RCA and RCCA, monitor product quality, run plant visits and trials, define corrective actions, collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&I, and support specification development and continuous improvement.

Lead and continuously improve quarry and processing site operations, production and maintenance. Ensure HSE, quality, output, planning and cost targets. Develop the site, drive change, maintain positive labour relations, and manage teams. Interface with stakeholders and ensure regulatory/work authorization compliance.

Serve as strategic finance partner to Operations and Commercial leaders, lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end reporting, cash and working capital management, ensure IFRS compliance, support audits and tax, drive process improvements, implement finance systems, and lead and coach local finance team.
