Leads Aftersales business development by identifying new revenue streams, commercial channels, services, and strategic partnerships. Develops and negotiates supplier partnerships, service packages, promotions, and customer-focused offerings. Builds business cases, validates pricing and profitability, coordinates cross-functional implementation, and tracks performance. Evaluates market trends, competitors, customer expectations, and emerging technologies while using AI tools to accelerate analysis and innovation.

Own the Salesforce roadmap and product backlog supporting commercial operations, including customer acquisition, engagement, ordering, delivery, service, and ownership experiences. Translate business processes into scalable platform requirements, lead cross-functional implementation and governance, develop operational reporting, and identify responsible AI opportunities. Partner across Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, Retail Operations, Customer Support, IT, and implementation teams while overseeing launch readiness, adoption, optimization, and executive communications.
