Leads architecture, development, and delivery of scalable frontend systems and internal web applications. Builds shared UI components and design-system patterns, integrates APIs and identity systems, ensures accessibility, performance, testing, reliability, and CI/CD standards, and mentors engineers. Collaborates with product, design, backend, and technical teams to translate requirements into maintainable user experiences. The role is based in Fremont, California, with one to three office days weekly and occasional travel.

Build and maintain scalable frontend applications supporting vehicle sales and operational workflows. Own features end-to-end from technical design through production, integrate backend APIs and third-party services, optimize performance and accessibility, contribute to shared component libraries, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. The role also involves architectural leadership, code reviews, secure development practices, and using AI-assisted tools to improve engineering velocity.

Coordinates integration and delivery across automotive body systems, including BIW, underbody structures, doors, closures, and structural components. Supports the Main System Lead by aligning engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring milestones, risks, sourcing, cost, quality, and timing, and preparing decision-ready governance materials. Facilitates issue resolution, escalation, action tracking, status reporting, and leadership communications throughout vehicle development and launch.
