Manages release timing against hardware milestones and program gateways while identifying risks and driving cross-functional resolution.

Leads Scout Motors’ Digital Product Engineering organization across sales, aftersales, user experience, and utility tools. Owns engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, scalability, reliability, security, talent, budgets, and operating models. Partners with executive, product, commercial, marketing, operations, and vehicle engineering teams to deliver customer-facing digital platforms. Establishes AI-assisted engineering practices and AI-native product capabilities using agents, RAG, MCP, APIs, and intelligent workflows.
