Leads the product team and strategy for Scout’s vehicle transaction platform, covering financing, registration, taxes, identity verification, fraud prevention, insurance, trade-ins, and document management. Owns the roadmap, platform architecture partnership, third-party integrations, operational scalability, compliance, KPIs, and cross-functional execution. Manages and develops technical product managers while driving customer and business outcomes across the direct-to-consumer vehicle purchasing experience.

Leads whole-vehicle test strategy, validation, integration, and test-vehicle build activities for prototype and pre-series electric vehicles. Owns test planning, equipment readiness, root-cause analysis, supplier coordination, technical reporting, and production-readiness decisions. Advises cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams, resolves complex system issues, supports vehicle bring-up and instrumentation, and coaches technical partners. The role is based in Blythewood, South Carolina, with regular onsite work and required domestic and international travel.

Owns quality performance for vehicle assembly processes from prototype through series production. Analyzes quality trends, leads root-cause and corrective-action efforts, develops control plans and inspection standards, validates critical processes, and drives defect reduction. Partners with engineering and manufacturing teams on design-for-quality and dimensional quality. Supports audits, trains production teams, and communicates production risks while ensuring launch readiness, regulatory compliance, and sustained process effectiveness.
