Own and maintain detailed integrated R&D timing plans, manage change control, track milestone and release status, identify schedule risks and dependencies, drive recovery actions, support maturity assessments and leadership reporting, and coordinate planning and integration across engineering, product, and supporting functions using planning tools and AI-enabled capabilities.

Serve as on-site technical liaison between Energy System product engineering and manufacturing. Diagnose root causes, implement containment and corrective actions, support launches, pre-production builds, validation, and capture lessons learned to optimize vehicle energy systems (battery, chargers, DC/DC, thermal). Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software, and production teams and provide technical guidance to technicians and test engineers.
