Senior Salesforce developer responsible for hands-on design, build, and support of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud focus). Develop Apex and LWC components, automate processes with Flows, build integrations (REST/SOAP/OAuth/SSO), manage data migrations, ensure code quality and test coverage, participate in Agile teams, mentor junior developers, and support deployments and troubleshooting in production.

Coordinate and support plant health and safety program implementation, training, inspections, incident investigations, recordkeeping, data entry/analysis, and risk prevention to maintain a safe workplace.

Lead the Salesforce support pod to manage production issues, backlog, releases, and daily support across multi-cloud Salesforce instances. Design, develop, integrate, and deploy solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, APIs, and Data Loader. Perform code reviews, maintain test coverage, troubleshoot production defects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product owners in an Agile environment.
