Lead enterprise master data strategy, design, migration, and governance for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. Oversee data stewardship, drive data quality, tooling and migration activities, validate data for testing and cutover, and define post-go-live operating model while partnering with process, IT, and change teams.

Support and enhance data governance by performing data quality analysis, metadata management, data classification, governance reporting, privacy compliance support, training, and data impact assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate data issues and implement data governance tools and processes.

Lead PLM business process transformation for S/4 HANA by liaising between Project Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging and IT. Drive process design, process mining, master data design, data migration, testing, training, and change management to shift legacy PLM workflows to standardized SAP best practices and enable user adoption.
