Leads cloud infrastructure engineering across GCP and AWS, with primary ownership of Kubernetes, GKE, EKS, infrastructure as code, automation, CI/CD, security, networking, and cost optimization. Designs and operates cloud environments, leads projects, establishes architecture and code-review standards, mentors engineers, manages vendors, and serves as a senior escalation point. The role has no direct reports but provides technical direction across the Infrastructure team.

Build, administer, and support GCP cloud and server infrastructure, with a focus on IAM, Linux and Windows administration, Kubernetes, automation, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and cloud cost optimization. The role supports production workloads, infrastructure deployments, audits, and incident resolution while collaborating with infrastructure, application, database, and security teams. Responsibilities include scripting, infrastructure as code, server hardening, documentation, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

Monitors and optimizes contact center staffing, agent activity, schedules, skill routing, service levels, and KPIs in real time. Forecasts workload using volume trends, handle times, and seasonality, developing capacity models to support hiring, training, and budgeting. Manages Consumer Services mail and fulfillment processes, supports system implementations and testing, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors. Maintains accurate records while contributing to operational efficiency, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
