Support Data Security team by managing team mailboxes and ServiceNow queues, monitor service levels, perform digital and physical records management (SharePoint/M365 and records store), provide stakeholder advice, identify process improvements, and perform occasional on-site physical handling and record deliveries.

Lead Microsoft 365 platform architecture, governance, and engineering to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform, Copilot). Define standards, guardrails, automation (PowerShell, Graph), drive adoption, monitor platform health, mitigate risk, and provide technical leadership and stakeholder engagement across enterprise, security, and information governance teams.

Develop cost curves and analytics from historical cost and carbon data using BEA and Excel; manipulate large datasets, apply statistical techniques, produce insights and reports, support regulatory returns and SLAs, maintain corporate costing tools, and liaise with stakeholders.
