Provides employee- and manager-focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include handling employee relations cases, supporting formal HR processes, maintaining confidential records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, advising on policies, supporting vetting, and contributing to people projects, policy reviews, and process improvements.

Provides client-facing technical leadership for large-scale technology initiatives. Owns end-to-end solution and technical architecture, advises senior stakeholders on technology strategy, establishes architectural governance, leads pre-sales scoping and proposals, and develops client relationships and consulting capability. The role requires pragmatic leadership, strong communication, autonomy, and experience across enterprise, solution, data, application, or cloud architecture.

Leads the technical direction and end-to-end architecture of large-scale, complex technology initiatives. Provides solution and technical architecture across applications, establishes governance, advises senior client stakeholders on technology strategy, and supports pre-sales through scoping, sizing, solutioning, and proposal development. The role also involves building client partnerships, working autonomously, and mentoring colleagues.
