Maintain accurate financial records through daily reconciliations across multiple platforms, payroll and benefits reconciliation, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end support, tracking restricted/unrestricted funds, and resolving accounting discrepancies.

Develops and facilitates STEAM-focused programs for children (ages 6–14), designs curriculum, evaluates and improves educational experiences, manages materials and inventory, provides customer service on the exhibit floor, supports offsite community programs, participates in training, and helps train seasonal interns.

Engages museum guests of all ages through playful, inquiry-based interactions that encourage curiosity, creativity, exploration, and STEAM learning. Facilitates exhibit activities and programs, adapts interactions for diverse learners, maintains safe and organized play spaces, resets materials, addresses safety concerns, and supports onsite and occasional offsite experiences. Requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, flexibility, and experience working with children.

Facilitate welcoming, play-based learning for children ages 0–6 and caregivers in museum and community settings. Lead programs, ensure safe, organized environments, engage guests with developmentally appropriate interactions, participate in training, and support continuous improvement of early learning experiences.
