Lead credit and collections operations, make credit recommendations, supervise staff, reconcile AR and bank accounts, manage sales returns reserves and sales/use tax filings, support interdepartmental account resolution, maintain credit files and procedures, and provide operational backups for pricing, reporting, and distributor programs.

Manage daily plant operations across steel fabrication, rotocast, manufacturing engineering and assembly. Drive production efficiency, inventory controls, and performance metrics; lead new product implementation and engineering/capital improvements. Mentor staff, improve costs and reduce waste, create ERP/MRP-driven tools and reports, and present progress to plant and corporate management.

Drive sustainable sales growth across an extensive territory by building and managing distributor, dealer, and consultant relationships. Develop and execute distributor business plans, analyze markets and competition, coach partners, run local promotions, manage forecasts and budgets, collaborate with marketing and internal teams, complete reporting and administrative duties, ensure compliance, and travel extensively to meet sales and profitability targets.
