Develops manufacturing routings, drawings, procedures, and production plans for custom forgings. Interprets specifications and blueprints, selects materials and heat treatments, estimates costs, and ensures plans meet quality and customer requirements. Investigates nonconforming products, performs root-cause analysis, implements corrective actions, supports lean improvement projects, and collaborates with manufacturing, metallurgy, heat treatment, machining, quality, and sales teams.

Designs and supports custom machinery, tooling, and industrial equipment for forging, heat treat, machining, and material handling operations. Responsibilities include SolidWorks design, engineering drawings, component selection, stress and FEA analysis, bills of material, equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers.

Summer 2027 internship supporting data science and business intelligence in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include analytics, dashboard and report development, data modeling, ETL pipeline modernization, requirements gathering, machine learning, and generative AI or LLM projects. Interns will work on self-directed or mentored projects involving data visualization, cloud migration, relational databases, and business problem-solving.
