Lead and manage Life & Health reserving across APAC with focus on IFRS17 and Solvency II. Produce and review quarterly and annual reserves, set assumptions, guide regional actuarial teams, support auditors, deliver statutory reporting for Singapore, contribute to capital forecasting, and drive process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Lead UK HR governance and payroll operations, translating employment law into practical processes and controls. Own high‑risk lifecycle processes (sickness, family leave, joiners/leavers, probation, restructuring), ensure audit readiness, partner with HRBPs and Payroll, drive compliance, conduct audits, and strengthen preventative governance and documentation.

Support the Business Development team by assisting the Senior Relationship Manager for Asia & Middle East institutional clients. Tasks include client prospecting and meeting support, preparing follow-ups and reports, organizing roadshows with portfolio teams, optimizing workflows and templates, and maintaining the CRM with client activity.
