Lead enterprise implementations of an AI security and compliance platform from kickoff through go-live. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring the platform, enforcing AI agent security controls, integrating APIs and MCPs, building deterministic Python workflows, mapping controls to regulatory frameworks, managing risks and milestones, and translating implementation feedback into engineering requirements. The role also requires executive communication, success measurement, client relationship management, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Design technical architectures and roadmaps for client projects and internal products. Lead technical strategy, evaluate technology and AI adoption, scope and estimate projects, participate in sales and executive discussions, and make build-versus-buy decisions. Solve critical engineering problems hands-on, review architecture and code, mentor technical leaders, and ensure scalable, secure, cost-effective delivery across remote distributed teams.
