Develop and operate Unity-based live games, focusing on real user monitoring, client observability, telemetry, and diagnostics. Translate ambiguous player and team issues into reliable technical solutions, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support version control, build, deployment, testing, and continuous integration workflows. The role also requires familiarity with Agile/Scrum and AI-assisted development tools.

Develop performance marketing forecasts, benchmarks, sensitivity analyses, and regional acquisition assumptions for mobile game launches. Build comparable title sets, track competitor user acquisition and market signals, produce competitive intelligence reports, and incorporate research and testing data into forecasts. Maintain auditable assumptions and partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Analytics, and leadership to validate recommendations, identify risks, and improve forecasting methodologies.

Own operating expense close activities, accruals, headcount tracking, purchase orders, approvals, and T&E reporting. Build automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows across FP&A processes. Serve as the finance business partner to Engineering, maintain revenue, cost, and workforce models, conduct planning and forecasting, and explain variances to cross-functional stakeholders.
