Associate attorney to handle all aspects of general civil litigation from the Dallas/Fort Worth office, including discovery, brief drafting, depositions, court appearances, trials, and contract review. Requires 2–6 years private practice experience; Texas bar admission required. Transportation/logistics or personal injury experience is a plus. Some travel required.

Provide litigation support under attorney supervision: prepare and organize pleadings, correspondence, and electronic data; perform electronic court filings; manage document systems (NetDocuments); track dockets and multijurisdictional procedures; communicate with clients and staff; maintain confidentiality and meet tight deadlines using MS Office and timekeeping software.
