Provides comprehensive HR partnering across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy, compensation and benefits, payroll changes, HR administration, engagement, communications, and talent development. The role advises managers, manages HR systems including BambooHR and ADP, supports employment-law compliance, coordinates recruitment and onboarding, and leads people and culture initiatives. This is a 12-month hybrid fixed-term role based in Ireland with travel to the UK.

Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee queries, payroll and benefits support. Maintains BambooHR records, documentation, policies and audits while assisting with employee relations, employment correspondence and HR projects. Coordinates health and safety programs and employee assistance relationships. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, HR systems knowledge and awareness of employment law. The role is hybrid in Crawley with approximately 20% travel, including domestic and international travel.

Leads US marketing strategy, brand planning, omnichannel activation, Amazon marketing, retail growth, product launches, team leadership, budget ownership, and performance measurement for OTC consumer health brands across eyecare professional, retail, consumer, and e-commerce channels.
