Act as a claims examiner for Lloyd's and other accounts, handle complex liability claims, direct field adjusters, settle claims and administer trust-account payments, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. Work remotely within Quebec and support paperless claims processing.

Investigate and adjust liability claims in the Brossard area: contact claimants, assess and quantify damages using tools like Docusketch/iAdjust, recommend reserves and investigations, negotiate settlements, provide high-level customer service, and support after-hours requirements while following company policies.
