Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

SCLogic's 401(K) retirement plan can be Traditional, Roth, or a combination, and there is a 90-day wait period after hire to be eligible.

Offers life insurance

SCLogic offers group-term life insurance at a base of $50,000. Company paid/provided for all benefit-eligible employees.

Provides 401(K) matching

SCLogic's matching policy is 100% of base salary up to 3%, then 50% of base salary up to 5%, not to exceed a total of 4% matching in any one pay period.

Hosts company-sponsored family events

We offer multiple company-sponsored family events, including an annual company picnic, a Christmas party, and a friendly office environment for partners and children all year.

Offers generous parental leave

SCLogic offers 4 weeks of paid maternity leave followed by a liberal 2 week WFH policy. We also offer 2 weeks of paid paternity leave followed by a liberal 2 week WFH policy as well.

Provides family medical leave

SCLogic will grant up to 12 weeks of leave during a 12-month period to eligible employees, with up to 26 weeks of military caregiver leave. Employees must have at least 12 months with the company.

SCLogic provides BCBS Dental Plus at 80% for employees and 60% for dependents.

Offers vision insurance

SCLogic provides vision insurance through Avesis at 80% for employees and 60% for dependents.

SCLogic employees have dedicated parking in a garage connected to our building. Every employee will receive a parking fob when they start for free parking. This works on weekends as well!

In addition to our stocked beer fridge, we always have snacks and drinks on tap. Snacks such as chips, yogurt, fruit and nuts, cookies, and more are available, along with La Croix, Vitamin Water, etc.

Office is pet friendly

SCLogic is a highly pet-friendly office. We have at least 3-4 office dogs per day (current dogs: Honey, Brew, Alayah, and Leo). Our open-concept office makes it perfect for getting their energy out.

Some meals provided

SCLogic provides a weekly catered lunch every Friday, which circulates between all of our favorite restaurants in the Annapolis area.
